I contacted PestControl24 via the website after the local council said they could not do anything with the wasp nest in my roof space.
Paul rang me back within minutes of receiving my confirmation email. He arranged to come around 2hrs later (or at a time of my convenience). He duly arrived on time, after calling me again to say he may be a little late. He quickly dealt with the problem and by the end of the day no wasps to be found! And he was considerable less expensive than Newcastle council. Great job and would definitely recommend.
